Guys, for those of you contemplating participating in the OPEN, we are encouraging everyone to register and have a go. You may not be able to do everything that is released over the 5 weeks, but you will be able to do some of it and attempt those movements you may have not quite mastered.....and you never know you might get out that pull up, 60kg snatch or muscle up.
