Guys with the new programming coming in, there will be some changes in how things are run. We will be running separate competition training for those athletes keen on competing. The onus will be on comp athletes to complete the extra training mainly during the morning sessions.
With the steady increase in numbers we are finding it difficult to accommodate everyone when it comes to extra training. Afternoon sessions will predominately be the programmed sessions, with all athletes attending these sessions working together to complete the daily programmed material.
What this means, is you wont be able to come down during these sessions (Monday - Thursday) and complete extra training that is outside of normal programming, unless you have previously discussed it with Sam or Brian or are injured and restricted to certain training.
So, if you are keen on the extra training and want to compete, let Sam or Brian know so we can discuss your training schedule.
Friday's will still be OPEN GYM, so if there are anything extra that you want to do, this will be the time to do it.
We apologise if this doesn't work for some people, but in order to be fair to everyone, we have decided that this is the best option in order to keep everybody happy.
There will be a gradual implementation of the new programming with it taking effect after REGIONALS.
