Both complete run and change out with the barbell as required
Upon completion of the run, 1 works 1 rests, complete the following;
100 x HRPU
100 x Push Press (40/30kg)
100 x Burpees
100 x DB Thrusters (10/5kg)

Last day down at Temecula today and we all went down to the box (Driven by CrossFit Temecula South) and completed a solid couple of hours of training.
Sam came close to becoming part of the 9:15am session at the box, but Dusty couldn't convince / drag her in. Aaron and Maxwell paired up with one of the locals and smashed out the team WOD for the morning, while Alyson and I pushed through some skills and a couple of WODS.
From there and after thanking Dusty and Anneke again for their hospitality we travelled back to LA and picked up Josh and Aimee who had flown in.
Tomorrow is registration for the Games and we will take in a local box for a last minute hit out before it all kicks off on Tuesday dudes!!!
