Day 2 of the GAMES - Unfortunately REX was knocked out in the first WOD - Dumbbell Snatch. The weight was always going to be difficult for our girls.
As we could not complete 1 round of the WOD (both male and female must complete a round for the team to advance) we were cut.
Great showing by all WA athletes, CFP, SF GYM, ROM, SOUTHERN and Garage Gym are all doing well and flying the flag for WA. Great to watch and all the best guys.
