Guys couple of other changes that will be implemented shortly, again due to the influx of newbies and volume of people per session include;
- There will be a nominated Trainer and Coach for each session - potentially we will have their names on the whiteboard or somewhere else visible by all within the gym. Make sure you know who these people are for your session when you arrive;
- Those nominated persons will be the people to consult if there are any issues during your session or you have any questions regarding what you are doing;
- This one is IMPORTANT. There is to be no coaching by any other person besides the nominated trainer and coach for that session. This is to avoid confusion and potentially bad advice. If you have a problem wait until the trainer or coach are available and consult them;
REMEMBER you are there to train so random coaching is not required.
- Recently two-a-days were implemented, mainly for those guys serious about going to that next level and doing extra training. For those people, you are to ensure that if you come down for a particular session, that you are ready to go when everyone else is for the WOD or WODS. Again we are tightening up on session times, so we need everyone to work through the planned activities under the direction of the trainer and coach.
People please ensure that you adhere to the above as we need to make sure that everyone including our new dudes get the most out out of the training.
