Welcome back people to a new year. Hope you all had an enjoyable break and are looking forward to new challenges in 2013.
Firstly we apologise to those of you that suffered while the box was closed. We needed a short break from the box to recharge and plan for the next year.
Well after that much needed rest we are back and ready to give it our all to help each and every one of you move forward in achieving your fitness goals.
A few changes will kick in for 2013, these include;
- 7.00pm sessions are no longer. We are in the process of adding more sessions, which will mean more available for you;
- A new programme kicks in as of today and this will take us right up to the OPEN, which starts in early March. Not much will change but there will be a emphasis on working weaknesses and increasing everyone's ability in all aspects of their training;
- We will be conducting THROWDOWN Wods on the Saturdays, for those that want to participate in these. What they will mean is that athletes will be judged as they complete WODS in order to ensure they are achieving full range of movement and also to benefit from the experience of being judged, similar to that GAMES experience;
- BOOTCAMPS are no longer in the afternoon. Morning sessions will continue as is and we will be looking at another session during the day during the school terms. More on this shortly;
There will be a couple of things that we will tighten up on and will let you know more about this shortly.
So exciting times ahead guys and we are at REX are all looking forward to the new year and sharing it with each of you.
