1RM retest will occur after this first phase and for those that need to work theirs out for some of their lifts, Friday arvo open gym will be your opportunity to come down and do it. This will only occur until we have 1RM retest week guys.
After the first cycle, 1RM retest will then occur after every 2 cycle's (8 weeks).
