Good start by all, not just the big dawgs. All that hard work and solid training showed in your lifting guys, especially at those heavier weights.

THIS WEEK - 13.2 is to be performed on Friday night with the guys from CrossFit Access. Make sure you come on down Friday and have a crack at 13.2. If you can't make that night we will be running the WOD on the set days of Thursday and Saturday morning.
