Each Friday from now on is the opportunity to work with one of the coaches on weaknesses or anything you wish
But if you just want to WOD or catch up on a missed session , this option is still available.
Also we are going to trial the Sunday morning 9am sessions with a brekky afterwards. With the warmer weather coming on, it is a more ideal time to train. Looking at this stage to start over the next couple of weeks, more shortly.
