OPEN GYM -
Sometimes we want a little extra time outside of class to work on skills, drills or technique. The gym is open and available to you.
We have made it available so that there is little to no excuse to not get in and train/move or do something, during group classes, however the class always has priority on equipment, space needed etc so we just ask that you respect that.
And just as a quick reminder, here are a few housekeeping rules for Open Gym:
1. If a class is going on, they have precedent on equipment/space needed for workout of the day.
2. If a Coach is briefing at the whiteboard or teaching on the floor, you are not disruptive or noisy during these times.
3. There will always be a Coach or Coaches available, but no structured coaching.
4. If you’re seen doing something sketchy, you’ll be asked to stop.
Our classes are 60 minutes in length and we workout together as group. Each class is led by a Coach. Every class the Coach will will educate you, motivate you and lead a fun, well structured hour. More importantly, every workout is and can be tailored to the needs and fitness level of the athlete.
SPECIALTY SESSIONS -
These specialty sessions rotate every week between Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting and Mobility. These sessions focus on skills, technique and progression.
30 minute high intensity "burn" sessions are perfect for anyone and everyone, inclusive of all fitness levels, with lots of cardio and bodyweight movements.
