Hey guys, good to see the weather is starting to warm up. Just in time for the start of our boot camps.
For those of you that are still considering getting on board the boot camp, you are more than welcome even though the first one has started. They will continue through until around April / May next year and we encourage everyone to have a go, no matter what level of fitness.
Numbers have nearly been locked in for the Fight Gone Bad - Wounded Warrior fundraiser at Perth CrossFit on the 9th October. For those still a little a bit apprehensive, sign up and have a crack, remember the cause is worthy and it promises to be a good day to mix with the CrossFit community from Perth.
Well done to out netball girls who won their grand final. Great effort girls!!! Was an exciting game even though the result was a forgone conclusion. We knew you would get up...
WORKSHOPS - We will be changing the schedule for these shortly. Still keeping the Friday arvo one, but including another during the week to cater for those guys that can't get down on Friday's. Make the effort to get to these as the guys that have been down have shown considerable improvement in technique and become more efficient with their training.
Lastly guys, we encourage you all to provide continual feedback on not only how your training is going, but how the trainers at REX are assisting you. There have been some awesome results to date and we want to make sure that we keep providing you a quality product and work hard towards achieving your goals, whatever they may be.
