REF Competition Day

Here it is people, the format of the competition day on the 31st July 2010;

09.00am - Athletes arrive, briefing and warm up.
9.30am - WOD 1 -  (two heats for beginner and two for prescribed level)
10.30am - WOD 2 -  (same heats as WOD 1)
11.30am -  WOD 3 - (same as previous)
12.30am - Sausage Sizzle 
12.45am - Presentation   

WODS will be released week prior to event.

Make sure you get you name down now and don't miss out. At this stage we have close to 20 athletes registered. Numbers will be capped, SO GET YOUR NAME IN GUYS...
