Hi guys, just a short note to encourage you to leave comments on the REF blog in relation to anything you wish to discuss, whether it be training, nutrition, or anything else you would like us to add or change to existing programs.
As majority of you train with us at least twice a week, please also let me know if you want any advice in relation to other training you conduct outside of the sessions with us. Any of the trainers would be more than happy to provide guidance or even a program to assist with further training. On that, any circuits that you undertake outside of the training with us, let me know how you go including details of the training conducted.
So far this week, there has been some good results achieved during the two intensive sessions conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday. All of you should be very happy with your efforts, as those sessions were some of the more intensive you will encounter, for this year anyway, or whats left of it... Congrats to Brea and Glynny who both performed well over those two days and especially Charlotte for showing perseverance and some good old fashioned 'heart'. But again you can all be proud of your efforts and progression so far.
I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome Brian (BC) to our team and I think you all would agree the session he conducted on Tuesday was a good one. BC brings a solid background in boxing and physical training techniques to REF and I look forward to more of those sessions from him.
