Well guys, the OPEN DAY has been and gone and it was good to see existing and potential clients down there. All in all a good day, with some good workouts completed by both trainers and trainees.
Big thanks to all the family and trainers who helped out through the day and either did a WOD or assisted trainees completing a WOD. Thanks also to Dunny for the bouncy castle, which was a hit with the kids. I hope you all enjoyed the day and got an opportunity to check out what we are about and how we can assist in your physical training progression. Glynny was the main man of the day with some excellent times in the two workouts conducted. Dunny also knocked times off his PB for both. Petrina had a red hot crack at both WODS with some great times. Photographs have been posted and planning is already in progress to have regular get togethers, where trainees can compete against each other for top dog rights and prizes. Further it is also the last week for Boot Camp 1. Again it has been a good eight weeks for all participants and Boot Camp 2 promises to be bigger and better. To all the boot camp 1 crew, morning and arvo, we are planning to have a dinner to celebrate the completion of the first camp and also celebrate the results achieved by you all. At this stage looking at later on next week, so stay tuned for an email from us seeking your availability. Lastly, the BOXING circuits are being cranked up with Chris and Brian running the majority of those sessions. If you were at the Open Day, you would have seen some of the intensive training that Brian put Aimee (REF Trainer) through and if you want to get in on the action, let us know or email Sam to express interest. Initially the sessions will be run more on a demand basis, but we are hoping to book them in as a regular gig and will accommodate people with regards to their available times as much as possible.
