The days are getting longer and the mornings aren't as cold, so what a perfect opportunity to start our next cycle of BOOTCAMPS.

Still with the option of a 6 week or 8 week course, morning or evening camp, our first camp will start on MONDAY 13th SEPTEMBER.

training camps

Designed for all fitness levels, our camps are a healthy solution for anyone wanting to make a change in their lives for the better.

We offer a morning or evening camp and train regardless of weather conditions.

You are required to be there 15 minutes before the session begins  - if you are late we will not wait for you!!

Choose from a 6 or 8 week camp, both are run 3 days a week, each session lasting 1 hour.

Whether your goal is to lose weight or just get into shape, our purpose-designed workouts will test you physically and mentally.

crossfit sessions

These sessions are based on hard, fast paced, intense periods of exercises and include, but are not limited to, the use of free weights, kettlebells, rowers, pull-up bars  and gymnastic rings.

During the introductory sessions we will cover exercise instructions & practices, warm up and stretching protocols.

boxing CIRCUITs

Boxing for fitness workouts, in conjunction with MMA inspired strength and conditioning circuits at “Raw Edge” are designed to accommodate for all levels of strength and fitness and can be enjoyed by beginner to advanced participants.

Drills are easily modified to increase or decrease intensity and complexity of the workout.

“Raw Edge” boxing workouts may include pad work, bag work, footwork, shadow boxing, skipping, cardiovascular and strength drills. Complimentary exercises include resistance training, plyometrics, core strengthening and flexibility work.

Participation in our group boxing sessions will ensure that you get that “Raw Edge” !

1 ON 1 personal training

We also offer 1 on 1 Personal Training which is available both during and outside of our normal opening hours. 
You'll find our prices are very competitive with both pay as you train or packages available.
