On the weekend of the 13-14th March 2010 our Head Trainer Brian and one of our clients Fiona, entered the Perth Crossfit Sectionals. Both put in a huge effort which saw Brian completing all 4 and Fiona completing 3 of the intense WOD's over the two days. Both should be extremely proud of their efforts - I know we are!!!
