CrossFit FAQ's

 Q. How long does a session last?
 A. Sessions go for one hour,  including stretching.

 Q. What do the sessions involve?
 A. Based on CF Methodology, each session incorporates various training techniques that are designed to provide you with excellent overall body conditioning. We guarentee that you will be tested physically and mentally.  

 Q. What size are the classes?
 A. We try to restrict class sizes to around 10 per session to ensure that you still receive that personalised service from our highly trained and motivational instructors.

 Q.What do I need to wear to the sessions?
A. Shorts, t-shirt, running shoes and be prepared to sweat!
 
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Towel and drink bottle, we do have drinks for sale which are reasonably priced.

Q. What level of fitness do I require?
A. We cater for all levels of fitness and ages. This includes the person that hasn't trained for a while and wants to get fit to the fittest people who are looking for a challenge and different training methodologies.

Q. Do I require a medical clearance, prior to commencing circuit training?
A. If you haven't trained for a while, we recommend that you see your family doctor and obtain a medical clearance otherwise we are more that happy to conduct a fitness assessment and will provide you sound advice in taking that next step. 

Q. What will I get out of the circuit training?
A. The circuits incorporate endurance, strength, flexibility and many other training methods. No two work outs are the same and we keep accurate records of all your performances, which are readily accessible. We also provide advice to you on how to improve your training as you progress.

Q. Are there any packages available?
A. We have numerous packages, ranging from weekly to monthly. Please contact us to discuss these further.
