Training Camps & Corporate Bootcamps
Designed for all fitness levels, our camps are a healthy solution for anyone wanting to make a change in their lives for the better.
We offer a morning and train regardless of weather conditions.
You are required to be there 15 minutes before the session begins - if you are late we will not wait for you!!
Choose from a 6 or 8 week camp, both are run 3 days a week, each session lasting 1 hour.
Whether your goal is to lose weight or just get into shape, our purpose-designed workouts will test you physically and mentally.

Michaels Story
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Brian, Aimee, Sam, Robbo and
everyone down at Raw Edge for helping me achieve my goals and making a real
change in my life.
I
found myself in mid September 2010 overweight, out of shape, a workaholic (with
every excuse in under the sun not to exercise) and generally unhappy with the
way I looked and felt. After spending the last decade in denial, I had to admit
to myself that I not only needed to lose the extra 13 kilograms I had put on
but also that I needed help to do it.
Even my Doctor agreed. As heart disease features prominently in my family history, he was becoming increasingly alarmed each year as my cholesterol level continued to rise. As a result he had put me on medication 4 years earlier, but the alarm bells became deafening when a recent blood test had seen my cholesterol level almost double, and my triglyceride level increase 8 fold. He put it to me bluntly that if I didn’t do something dramatic and soon, I was starring at a heart attack before I hit 40.
Then one morning, I was on my way to work when I drove past the local park and saw the Raw Edge Boot Camp sign. I knew this was exactly what I needed so I rang up that morning and signed up.
I must admit, I really didn’t know what to expect on that first morning. It had been 15 years since I had played any kind of organised sport so I was a little apprehensive, but I really thought I would be able to handle it with minimum fuss. Needless to say, I didn’t go quiet as I had thought. I'm sure I was a millisecond from throwing up on numerous occasions.
It didn’t take long to hate, whinge and complain about everything that Brian & Aimee made us do. But it also didn’t take long to start seeing the changes that the training was making. Each week not only was the weight coming off, but I was feeling better and better, and all of a sudden I didn’t mind doing push ups, sit ups, dragging tyres behind me, holding sand bags over my head or even doing those wonderful Burpees! The 8 week Boot Camp went so quick, and as I was enjoying myself so much, I found myself down at the Raw Edge gym for more punishment in the circuit sessions, but loving every minute of it.
After 3 months, on my 38th birthday I had another set of tests and weighed in to see how I had gone. I couldn’t believe the results. I had lost 17 kilograms and got back to a weight I hadn’t been at since the age of 20. I had dropped 4 belt sizes and my BMI had fallen from a dangerous 32 to a healthy 25. Even more amazing, my cholesterol had fallen to a very low 2.3 and my triglyceride reading at 0.6 was well below the target level of 1.8. My Doctor was so impressed he reduced my cholesterol medication and told me that if I could maintain what I had achieved he would take me off the medication entirely.
Again, I can’t thank everyone at Raw Edge enough. Brian & Aimee have been fantastic and the people I have met and trained with along the way have been great and they have all played a part in helping me reach my goals. The results speak for themselves and I have never felt better in my life.
