Fellow Raw Edge athletes,

today I had the opportunity to judge at WOD 5. I would just like to say how absolutely awesome it was to watch my friends give their all and I am really proud to train with all of you guys.

There were tears, shredded hands, destroyed arms and lungs on fire and NO-ONE GAVE UP. 

You should all be extremely proud of yourselves as I am.

It was a fantastic morning so thank you.

Roll on next weekend.

Well Done to all my amazing athletes, yes you're all athletes!
You all did so well it was so inspirational to watch, even with torn hands and full tummys and those of you who have been sick, you still kept on going.
Thank you so much to all of our spectators for coming down and supporting all of us, without you the past 6 weeks would not have been the amazing event it has been!
I can't wait for the final WOD. See you all there!!!!

How proud was I to be a Raw Edge member.

An incredible effort from a talented bunch who showed so much dedication, commitment and heart.

As Justin put it, it was inspiring. I take my hat off to you all....
