Great effort by all putting in for the FGB at Perth Crossfit on the 9th Oct 10. All up 15 athletes have registered and we at REX look forward to seeing you all in action. For many of you this is your first crack at going up against the rest of the CrossFit community in Perth. Just a reminder to make sure you fix up Sam with the nomination fee of $40 prior to the comp.
It is also not too late for those of you that may want to register at the last minute. Try and decide by 01 Oct 10 otherwise the registration fee goes up to $60.
NOW is the time to let the trainers know if your keen to get on the programme for the games next year. As of October it kicks in and if you are wanting to compete, speak with the trainers and we will discuss what it involves. We are hoping to push towards having a team for the affiliate comp at the 2011 games as well as potential athletes to progress through the sectionals to regionals as individuals. GET ON BOARD GUYS, you are all capable of taking that next step.
Tickets are selling fast for the Xmas show, get in quick guys. We want to lock in numbers and make sure everything is ordered and locked in for the big night.
