The time has come to find the REF "TOP DAWG'S."

This time tomorrow we will know who the top male and female are for Prescribed and Beginner levels.

For those of you without a life and want a clue for what the WODs are tomorrow. Guess what.... I'm not going to tell you.

All will be revealed tomorrow 0900hrs. So we look forward to seeing there. Don't forget the pain face ROBB

Just a quick message to wish all those victims, I mean competitors, all the best of luck in the TOP DAWG in-house comp at REF. I am disappointed that I can't be there with you slugging it out, whinging like a b!#ch, but I will find a nice pub in downtown New York and suck back a pint or 2 while thinking about how much i wish i was there !
