The last few weeks of the boot camp are upon us, with the promise from REF that the intensity will increase as we strive to continue to improve your fitness levels. I have to say that I believe you all can match it and take it to the next level. Just a reminder that the third Bootcamp will commence after this one. Our WINTER BOOT CAMPS will incorporate the gym a bit more as the weather gets worse. Timings will remain the same, but with the use of the gym, lighting wont be an issue!!

REF trainer, in relation to my participation in the next games.

Keep an eye on Robbo, now he is training three times a week and finally mastered kipping, he is shaping as a real dark horse.

Given his strength as well he could be a rather tough opponent.

Sweet mate. We all have our strengths and weaknesses and with a little push from us, you all will shape up nicely by competition time next year.

I see that sothern crossfit are holding a "primal throwdown" in July ??.
